Guiding Principles for Developing Leaders, 1
1 Timothy | Study Guide & Book
The Study Guide for 1Timothy is to provide guidance concerning leadership principles, responsibilities, qualifications and duties of church leadership. This study guide is designed to guide, encourage, challenge, and empower you as a leader in navigating the difficult task of dealing with doctrinal errors (1 Tim. 4:1-9) and practical problems in your ministry where you serve.
The Apostle Paul instructed Timothy on how to combat false teachers, how to order the churches worship, how to choose church leaders and their functions, and how to deal graciously with different groups in the church, i.e., the older women, the older men, younger women, younger men, bishops, elders, deacons, the rich and poor, widows, orphans, employees, employers,
the unholy, and the believers. Paul’s instructions to Timothy is that the church must have well-trained, deeply devoted, and highly consecrated leaders, ministers and servants. To be courageous as a young Bishop (Pastor, Overseer, Elder, Minister)
